Once you've completed Cathy's Beginner Meditation Series, progress to this 7 Day Sensing Meditation Series where you'll spend 15-20 minutes a day honing in on the technique of body sensing and examine the ways your relationship with your sensations is affecting your behaviour, thought patterns and outlook.

Please note these are not "scheduled in person" classes. Each complete series of video links will be included in your confirmation email upon paid enrollment for you to enjoy daily on your own schedule.
