A Nutritional Considerations for Women 40+ talk - Holistic Nutritionist Jess Gjersten
Jess will provide nutritional education to get the most out of your strength program. These key nutritional strategies can be use along with weight training to achieve your specific goals; aesthetics weight loss or gain, increase or maintain muscle mass. Additional benefits also include promoting healthy bones (remodelling), joints, tendons and ligaments. She will touch on supplements and food recommendations for the other fun stuff; fatigue, hot flashes, hormones, anxiety, thirst, RED-S concepts, restlessness/sleep issues and more.
