Strength for Runners Course
It’s off season for many runners, which means races are behind us for 2023, and now is the best time to lay the foundation down for building strength so that you can enter your next training cycle in top form and be ready to rock your running goals for 2024.


Having a strong foundation can assist in the prevention of repetitive running related injuries, help increase your tolerance to the loads placed upon your body, and make you a more efficient runner.


Join your instructor Jenn Tadashore, who is a registered physiotherapist, a runner herself and most importantly a firm believer through personal experience of the impact that regular strength training can lead to amazing outcomes in your training, hitting new running PB’s, and helping overcome significant injuries.


Thursday evenings 7-8pm, running from Mar 7-28/24. $100+HST. Limited to 10 participants.
