For any active female in their early 40s or older, this is part 2 of our lives. The things we previously did to stay healthy and active don’t necessarily apply or work for this phase of our lives. We must learn and shift with this time to figure out how to best live our ‘new’ Active Life.

The AL2.0 Evening Program will include:

-2 ‘Lift Heavy Sh*t’ Classes each week from Mar 18-Apr 26 (12 classes)
Monday and Wednesdays 6-7pm (with Briana Wilson)

Includes Coaching App


**It is recommended that you book a wellness movement assessment with one of our therapy team prior to starting the LHS classes to ensure there are no major red flags in your movement patterns that could pre-dispose you to injury.
