Are you getting back in to fitness and nervous to start with us at ALC? Not sure which class to sign up for?
Join Briar Munro for a one hour weekly class for 6 weeks that incorporates our big 3 components of Active Life.
Start each hour session with a Pilates activation series followed by a sample strength & conditioning block and finish with a yoga cool down mobility. This is a commitment to a series of 6/one hour classes.
Thursdays 5-8pm
