This course is designed for the intermediate to advanced players( 3.5-4.5) and will focus on "Live ball drills" Including
1. Improving the drop shot/dink with proper technique
2. Serve and Return of serve and technique overview
3. 3rd shot drop( the most important shot) from different positions on court.
4. Correct way to "speed up " and " resetting" to increase ball speed or reduce ball speed.
The drills are designed to get lots of hits on the ball and the players can expect a lot of quality reps in.
Nov 7- 28
Fridays 9:00-10:30
