Barre Class

Barre is a fusion of Dance, Pilates, & Functional Fitness. Led by an ex-professional dancer from New Zealand, Melissa James, you'll keep moving to the beat of the music while seamlessly moving through a full body workout which focuses on mobility and stability of all the major joints, you'll connect to your core, and you'll also feel a deep activation into your legs and glutes.
Absolutely no dance experience is needed, as this is definitely not a 'dance class'. Barre is also very much for both males & females, and for all ages!
Some previous experience in Pilates and/or functional fitness is ideal.
