Are you or your son or daughter interested in developing strong and consistent confidence no matter the obstacle in sports and life? Then you are in luck! Kiri is excited to offer the Confidence Course.
Please note while this program begins January 30th/23, it is considered mostly a virtual program.
You will be directed to Coach Kiri and she will provide you with a 6 week long program which will include pre-recorded videos done at your own pace, worksheets, practical activities and 2 one-on-one calls with Kiri.
One-on-one calls can be virtual or in person at Active Life.
Sign up by January 29th and receive the Mid Season Check In Workshop on January 30th/7:15-8:15pm for FREE!
